In my 35 year career in the timeshare industry, I have never seen a need greater than it is today for innovative, targeted, data-driven and innovative lead and customer acquisition strategies focused on new owner growth (“NOG”). Harvesting existing owners to meet sales revenue and quarterly growth targets only lasts so long. NOG is the fuel that keeps the machine rolling. NOG is what we do; and we do it well. Really well.
